These Terms govern your access to and use of:
  • Our website, available at https://fmastery.co.uk and all associated subdomains;
  • Our mobile application (“App”), available via official app stores;
  • Any digital content, training programs, or online materials offered through our website or App;
  • Any promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, or competitions organized by MASTERY.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By visiting, registering, downloading, or using any part of our Services, you agree to comply with: These Terms apply to:
  • Visitors to our website;
  • Registered users of our App (including children and parents);
  • Participants in football training programs, challenges, or competitions;
  • Customers who purchase digital or physical products from MASTERY.
Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations. If your use is unlawful in your region, you must not access the Services.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

You may use our Services only if you:
  • Are 16 years of age or older and capable of entering a binding contract; or
  • Are under 16, using the App under the verified consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that:
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
  • You understand that MASTERY is a football education and training platform, not a general social media service.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising and approving their child’s use of the App, including media uploads and communication features.

3. Parental Consent & Responsibility for Minors

Provide Verified Consent

By creating an account or allowing your child to use the Platform, you confirm that you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your child’s personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Supervise Use

You are responsible for:
  • Monitoring your child’s activity on the App;
  • Reviewing and approving all content uploaded by your child;
  • Ensuring that your child engages safely and responsibly with the Platform.

Accept Liability for Minors

You agree that EUNIVERSE LTD is not liable for any injury, misuse, or harm arising from your child’s use of the App, including participation in physical training activities. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless EUNIVERSE LTD from any claims arising from your child’s activity on the Platform.

Data Privacy Acknowledgment

You understand that your child’s data will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting info@fmastery.com. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this parental consent and responsibility notice.

4. Child Protection and Safety

MASTERY is committed to creating a safe and positive environment for young athletes and actively promotes online safety in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and the ICO’s Age-Appropriate Design Code. To protect all users:
  • All media uploads are subject to review and moderation;
  • Private messaging between minors is not permitted;
  • Content involving bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will be removed;
  • Any content or activity that may endanger or exploit minors will be reported to relevant authorities.
If you encounter unsafe content, report it immediately via the App or email admin@fmastery.com.

5. User Accounts

Certain features of the App require creating a personal User Account. By registering, you agree to:
  • Provide true, accurate, and current information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure and private;
  • Inform us immediately at admin@fmastery.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.
For child users, parental consent is required before enabling any upload or interactive feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Contain false information;
  • Are used for harmful, unsafe, or unlawful purposes;
  • Violate these Terms or our Media Upload Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, explicit, violent, or inappropriate for children;
  • Engage in bullying, harassment, or impersonation;
  • Attempt to exploit, harm, or contact minors;
  • Use the App for commercial advertising without written permission;
  • Interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the Services.
All uploads must comply with our Media Upload Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials within the App and website — including videos, logos, graphics, text, and software — are owned or licensed by EUNIVERSE LTD and protected under UK and international copyright laws. You may view and use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Children’s data is handled with enhanced security, used solely for training, safety, or account management, and never for advertising or profiling. Parents and guardians can request data access or deletion at any time.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

MASTERY provides training videos and educational content for skill development. We do not provide medical or professional coaching advice. Users must ensure that all exercises are performed safely, in a suitable environment, and under appropriate supervision. MASTERY is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or unsafe training practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees or warranties of any kind. EUNIVERSE LTD does not warrant:
  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
  • Training content will guarantee performance improvement;
  • Any content or advice is medically or professionally certified.
All physical training or exercises are done at your own risk. We recommend consultation with a qualified coach or physician, especially for minors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EUNIVERSE LTD, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
  • Injury, accident, or property damage from using the App;
  • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access;
  • Misuse of uploaded content by third parties;
  • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions.
Total liability shall not exceed any amount paid for using the App in the past 12 months.

12. User Responsibility and Conduct

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are solely responsible for your activity and content;
  • Training exercises are used at your own risk;
  • Children under your supervision use the App safely and responsibly;
  • You will not hold EUNIVERSE LTD liable for outcomes from training programs.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising and approving all activity by minors.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EUNIVERSE LTD, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, demands, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Misuse of the App or its content;
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable law;
  • Uploading harmful or infringing content;
  • Third-party claims related to your activity or uploaded media.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
